After the birth of our second daughter, I left my 7 ½-year career in public relations to build a business from home where I could be present with our babies while coaching women to improve their health and confidence. Since December 2011, I have been honored to help hundreds of women all over the USA lose weight, gain energy, complete races, and create healthier lifestyles.
At age 42, I faced a new challenge when unexplained weight gain and fatigue hit. I went to see a medical professional, and she said, "Oh honey, you are going through the change." I said, "What change???" She said, "Perimenopause."
Once again, I was determined to lose weight, build muscle and lose body fat. Once again, I adjusted my nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle habits. I lost over 20 pounds and restored my energy and confidence.
Today, I specialize in helping women over 40 navigate the challenges of perimenopause and menopause through sustainable fitness, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle coaching. I love helping women take care of themselves so they can continue showing up for the people they love most.
