Why Wall Sits are a Great Exercise
Wall sits are a great exercise for your legs. They target your buns, hips and thighs. They’re tough, but so worth it!
I was a gymnast when I was younger, and we used to do three sets for two minutes each with someone sitting on our laps! I can’t imagine doing that now!
Wall Sits for the WEEKEND CHALLENGE
This weekend take time to try a wall sit. Stand next to a wall, put your feet about a foot away and slide down. Don’t let your knees go over your ankles when you slide down. Don’t use your hands to help you in the wall sit.
