Don’t Wait for Perfect Conditions!

Excuses, Excuses, Excuses

It’s easy to say, “I can’t exercise because…” or “I can’t eat healthy because…”

I’ve heard sooo many excuses!!

The truth is I have excuses too, but I don’t let them stop me!

These are my excuses:

#1. No time!

My husband has been going to MBA school for the past school year. Some days he’s gone from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. I could easily say I don’t have time to exercise with two kids who are 3 and under who need a LOT of attention, but I’ve found time everyday to get my workout in!

#2. No Money!

Yep! I could use this one too! The job we planned on getting when we moved to Arizona didn’t work out like we thought. It’s been a very tough 8 months for us financially. I could easily say I can’t afford Shakeology, but I don’t. I’ve focused on growing my Beachbody Coaching business so I don’t have to pay for it out of my own pocket. Shakeology has been paid for every month since I started coaching in Dec. 2011, and earned a lot more on top of that. I’ve earned close to $19,000 since I started coaching, and it’s continuing to grow. If you can’t afford Shakeology, ask me about joining our team as a coach so you can get yours paid for.

#3. No space!

I don’t have space to workout! We live in a small two bedroom apartment that doesn’t have much room to do a workout, but I make it happen everyday in my living room. It’s also hard because the living room is next to our girls’ room so I have to turn the volume way down to do my workouts when they’re asleep.

#4. No time to cook!

Yes, I could say I don’t have time to cook. Some days are really hard when my husband is gone and our girls are crying and hanging on my legs, but I know how important it is to eat healthy so I do it everyday.

#5. No Money to Buy Healthy Foods

Yep, I could say this one too, but as mentioned above, I use the money I make from my Beachbody Coaching business because I know how important it is to eat healthy.

No More Excuses

It all comes down to deciding if you really want it bad enough. If you want to be healthy and fit, you will be healthy and fit no matter what obstacle comes your way.

I personally never want to feel like I felt after I had my babies again. I don’t want to feel blah, depressed, not myself and no energy.

I need to have energy to be positive and happy every day. My little family needs me to be the best wife and mother I can be.

I also want to give other women hope and be a positive light in their lives to help them realize that they can do it. If you want anything bad enough, you can have it.

I know that first hand.
