Day 7 was much better than Day 6! My girls still weren’t feeling great, but they were feeling a little better.
It was Sunday so I slept in. It felt great to get a good night’s sleep!
Breakfast was oatmeal with apples and flax seeds. I didn’t love this combo, but it wasn’t too bad.
Lunch was zucchini-cashew soup with a big salad and homemade dressing. I love this soup!
Dinner was baked tempeh, steamed broccoli and quinoa. It was a quick, easy meal.
Today was a nice, relaxing day. It was fun to spend time with my friends and family and enjoy healthy meals. I hope my girls and my husband feel better soon! I also hope Week #2 goes a lot better than Week #1!
