Ultimate Reset Day 3

Day three of the Ultimate Reset wasn’t my favorite. My kids were sick, and I didn’t feel that great either. I had a headache and my stomach felt blah.

I didn’t do any exercise on Day 3, but I did eat the meals. They were really good as usual.

Breakfast

Breakfast was toast, steamed kale with pine nuts and scrambled cage free eggs.

Lunch was a big salad with homemade dressing and lentils.

Dinner

I didn’t have the tempeh beforehand so I went to Trader Joes right before dinner to get some. I was nervous about dinner. It didn’t sound very good to me, but it ended up tasting really good. I liked it better this time than last time. It was seaweed, tempeh, brown rice, carrots, avocado with seasoning and miso soup.

Good News!

The good news of the day was that I got a call from Beachbody’s Corporate Office! I was really excited! I won’t tell you too many details, but good things are coming!

Conclusion

It would have been VERY easy to say I couldn’t do Day 3 because my kids were sick, and I didn’t feel well, but I stuck to it! That was a HUGE accomplishment for me! I did it!! Day 3 down, 18 more to go!
