Ultimate Reset Day 21

Yay!! I made it to Day 21! The last day! Day 21 was a great day!

Breakfast

Breakfast was a big plate of fresh fruit.

Lunch

Lunch was a big salad with some veggies on the side. I feel like I’ve eaten SOOO many veggies this week!! It’s been good, but I don’t think I could eat this many normally! There was also some seaweed in the veggies that I cooked.

Dinner

Dinner was cucumber and avocado soup with a side of collard greens and broccoli. I didn’t really like this soup. I didn’t like the flavor very much. I was supposed to have some different veggies, but I ran out of red peppers. So I had these instead. They’re still veggies!

Conclusion

Overall it was a great day! I DID it!! Wahoo!! 21 days of SUPER clean eating, and using natural supplements throughout each day. It was a lot easier the second time doing it. I felt more confident preparing the meals and taking the supplements because I knew exactly what to do. I had no idea what I was doing last time! I feel great! I’m so glad I did it again. I’ll let you know what my final results are tomorrow!
