Ultimate Reset Day 20

Day 20 was on Saturday. Saturday was my husband’s last day of class for the school year!! Wahoo! He has one week left, and then we’re done with his first year of MBA school!! I’m SOO ready to have the summer off so we can see him more!

Breakfast

Breakfast was a big plate of fresh fruit.

Lunch

Day 20 lunch was so good! This was one of my favorite recipes! I am going to share it on Recipe Wednesday. I loved it. It was jicama with avocado and a really good sauce over it.

Dinner

Dinner was really good! It was stir fried veggies with steamed kale. I loved this dinner. It was really colorful too!

Conclusion

Day 20 was a great day! I loved the food, especially lunch!
