Day #2 of the Ultimate Reset
Tuesday was Day #2 of the Ultimate Reset for me. It was a tough day! I had a headache all day, and I felt blah. There were a few highlights though.
I took my girls outside to get some fresh air. We go to a park almost everyday. On Tuesday we found a new park to go to. They were pretty excited. We laid out a sleeping bag, read some stories and pained our toe nails! My toddler, Savannah, even tried on my sunglasses. She thought she was so funny!
Ultimate Reset Day #2 Meals
The meals were really good. I felt full, and they tasted good. Here are some pictures of the food from Day #2
Breakfast was oatmeal with blueberries, 1/2 cup of plain organic yogurt sweetened with 1 tsp. of agave nectar.
Lunch was a Greek salad (with grilled chicken and pine nuts and one serving of dressing. I loved this salad! It’s one of my favorites. I love the dressing that goes with it too. You make your own dressings for the salads in the Ultimate Reset.
Dinner was one of my favorites. It was Southwestern Veggie Tacos. Click on the link for the recipe!
Overall, it was a tough day. I didn’t feel very great, and I had a bad headache. I went on a walk / run for exercise, and didn’t feel energy to do it. I loved the food. I loved spending time outside with my girls. I also loved going on a date with my hubby, but I didn’t feel that great. Last time I did this I didn’t feel very good the first few days so I know it gets better! I’ll keep you posted.
