Ultimate Reset Day 19

Day 19 was Friday. I slept in a little on Friday and got some much needed sleep!

Breakfast

Breakfast was a big plate of fresh fruit.

Lunch

Lunch was a big salad with miso soup. I ran out of miso paste so I tried the prepackaged miso soup. It wasn’t the same! I didn’t like it as much. The soup you make with miso paste is much better.

Dinner

Dinner was a big plate of beets, baked tempeh and kale. These foods are growing on me! When I tried these things my first time during the Ultimate Reset, I wasn’t a huge fan, but I’m actually starting to like them.

It’s the same with the supplements. The first time I tried them I had a hard time getting them down, but this time has been easy. I don’t know if it’s because I knew what to expect or I’m just liking healthier foods, but they weren’t too bad.

Conclusion

Day 19 was a good day. It was busy, but it was good. I went over to a friend’s house that night who is planning to do the Ultimate Reset next week. It was fun talking to her about it. I love this program. I feel so great going through it and after.
