Day 17 was on Wednesday. It was a really good day!
Breakfast was a big plate of fruit.
I went to an indoor play area with my friend during lunch. I didn’t get a picture of it, but I ate a spinach salad while I was there. It was really good. I was proud of myself for picking a healthy choice while I was out.
I’ve talked a lot about letting go during the Ultimate Reset. I’ve been really working on this during this time. I want to let go of the negative things that have happened this past year and move forward with the positives in my life.
Day 17 was another turning point for me. I’ve been working with someone from Beachbody’s Corporate office lately to help me with my business. It’s been an amazing experience. I’ve learned so much.
On Wednesday we talked on the phone about the reasons why I want to be healthy and fit, and the reasons why I want to be a Beachbody Coach. It was life changing really digging deep and talking about my reasons why. I didn’t have a piece of paper to write on so I wrote everything down on a table with a crayon. I took a picture so I wouldn’t forget that moment.
There are lots of notes on that table, and there were lots of emotions to go with it. This is what I concluded from the 60 min. conversation.
My Reason Why I Want to be Healthy and Fit
I went from feeling depressed, blah and feeling bad about myself when I was overweight after having my baby to feeling significant, important, needed, valued, empowered and energized as I helped myself and others change from the inside out.
My Reason Why I Want to be a Beachbody Coach
As a coach I can I can provide for my family financially so we can enjoy security, be at peace, worry free, stable because Beachbody is allowing me to generate the income I need.
Dinner was squash and green beans. I didn’t get a picture of it, but it was really good!
I feel like I’m doing as much work emotionally as I am physically. It’s been a journey, but it’s been amazing to work through things and feel excited again!
