Thursday was Day 11 for the Ultimate Reset. It started off pretty good. I had my supplements. Then I did Turbo Fire’s Stretch 40 workout. It felt great. I really needed a good stretch.
I had fresh fruit for breakfast. It was really good! I love having fresh fruit in the morning. I add a banana to help me feel fuller.
My daughter had dance later in the morning. She loves dance! It’s fun to watch her. She’s doing really well. It’s a ballet, tap and tumbling class. I always wanted a girl who did dance. It’s fun to watch her.
We went to the park after dance. I love going to the park with our girls. They love it. This park is gorgeous! We’ve had fun exploring since we moved here.
Lunch didn’t look very good to me, but it tasted really good! It was quinoa and lentils with veggies.
I had the HARDEST time at dinner! I made my girls yogurt cinnamon pancakes from the Turbo Fire meal planner. I LOVE these pancakes!! The smell of them was getting to me. I was so hungry. I wanted to eat all of them! I stayed strong though. I kept my focus and made my food after theirs. It was hard. I really wanted those pancakes! It was hard to cook mine after because my girls needed my attention. I finally made my food and ate it. I felt proud of myself for sticking to it!
Day 11 went well. I loved going to the park with my girls. I love spending time with them. They are growing up so fast. I’m trying to enjoy every moment I have with them. I’m so grateful to have a job that I can do from home so I don’t need to leave them with a babysitter or at a daycare.
I was proud of myself for sticking with the meal plan. It was tough, but I DID it! Day 11 DONE!!
