I finished Turbo Fire!! It was awesome! I loved it!
I started January 2, 2012 after I finished Insanity, and went through June 16. It is an awesome program! I highly recommend it! It was a fun, motivating workout. I was sad for it to end! Here are my results!
TURBO FIRE RESULTS!
Starting weight: 153 Current weight: 134! (Down 19 lbs.!)
Waist: 33″ Current: 28″ (Lost 5″!)
Hips: 38″ Current: 35.5″ (Lost 2 1/2″!)
Arms: 11.5 Current: 10.5″ (Lost 1″ off each!)
Thighs: 21″ Current: 18.5″ (Lost 2 1/2″ off each!)
Body Fat: 29% Current: 22% (Down 7%!)
I’m feeling great! It’s taken a lot of hard work and dedication, but it has been so worth it! The best part is that I can run faster than I could before! I didn’t even think about being able to run faster! I ran a half marathon last March 2012 in 2 hr. and 20 min. My average pace was over 10 minutes per mile. Today I ran 6 miles easily in 43 minutes! My average pace was 7:20 per mile! I couldn’t believe it! It was so awesome! I’m training for another half marathon that is in Sept. I can’t wait to see how fast I can do it in!
I couldn’t have done this without the support I had from our GolladayFit Facebook Turbo Fire group! It sounds weird to be getting support from Facebook, but it really helped! They were so supportive and motivating! Some days when I didn’t feel like working out, I’d check to see who’d already done their workouts. When they had posted about their workouts, I felt like I should do mine! Some nights I even did the workouts at 10:30 p.m.! It was crazy, but awesome!
