My Transformation After Baby #2

Before I got married and had kids, I was in shape. I never had to worry about my weight. I was a gymnast, dancer, cheerleader, runner, ran a marathon, and several 1/2 marathons, etc.

When I had my first baby at age 29, I got up to 199 lbs. the day we had our baby. When I was 31, I had our second baby and got up to 196 lbs. It was hard for me to gain that much weight since I was always in the 130’s.

I thought, “I can figure it out on my own. I’ll go running, walking, try some workout DVD’s, etc.”

I didn’t want to pay for anything for my health and fitness. I also didn’t want to use any shakes. I definitely thought I didn’t need those!

After feeling frustrated and alone, I found something that worked! This is my journey after our second baby was born. I used Beachbody workouts, a simple nutrition plan, shakes (yep, I used a superfood shake that has over 70 whole food ingredients, and I still use it everyday), and the most important part was working with a coach and a support group.

I lost the weight plus more, and felt awesome! Then I decided to pay it forward and become a coach myself. I wanted to become a coach to help other moms like me feel and look amazing! I’ve been coaching moms ever since. I want to inspire moms to know that just because they’ve had babies, they don’t need to feel stuck, alone and not like themselves.

We just had our third baby four weeks ago. I didn’t gain as much weight this time because I worked out the whole time (except the last month), stuck with my meal plan (for the most part) and connected with a support group. I got up to 182 lbs. with our third the day she was born, and now four weeks later, I’m down to 162.5. I’m feeling awesome, and I haven’t even started working out yet.

I’m looking for 10 moms who want to be my workout buddies and work with me. I’ll give you a step-by-step plan to know what to eat, how often, and short 30 min. workouts. You can live anywhere in the U.S.A. or Canada.
