Becoming Incredibly Strong

I watched Marvel’s the Avengers a few weeks ago. I like to ask people who their favorite character is who have seen the movie. Iron Man, Thor, Hawk…. My favorite character is the Incredible Hulk. He can bring either intimidation or support to whomever he chooses because of his size and strength. I want to be incredibly strong! Not green though.
Who is your favorite super hero or role model? What is it about them that makes you appreciate or respect him/her? More than likely, the person you are thinking of possesses a certain skill or dedicates time to being the person they are. Let’s try to be more like the person we want to be.
If you want to be stronger, exercise more. If you want to lose weight, eat better. If you want to be more motivated, read inspirational books. There are many solutions and resources to help us be more like the person we want be.
Stop Making Excuses!
Get off the couch, put down the pizza, stop eating slow cooked hot dogs at the mini mart, don’t take a detour down the bakery aisle at the grocery store, and don’t indulge in the half gallon ice cream because it was someone’s birthday! It’s always going to be someones birthday! Quit making excuses! I know it’s hard. I was once a coke and cheddar cheese potato chips addict. If I can do it, you can!
Be an inspiration to someone else. Stop watching and start acting. You can do it!
