Don’t Start Your Diet on Monday

Do you ever tell yourself that you will start your “diet” on Monday? Well, first of all you need to STOP saying the word “diet” because that is not a good word to use. Most people who use the word “diet” go on and off diets all the time and never create a lifestyle change.

These people are looking for a quick fix, and they never get lasting results. In fact, they usually gain the weight back plus more.
