I like to plan my meals on Saturdays so I am prepared for the coming week! Here is my meal plan for this week.

Sunday

B- Egg wrap w/ lettuce
S- Greek yogurt and fruit w/ honey and granola
L- Chicken salad
S- Shakeology w/ peanut butter ½ banana

Monday

D- Salmon w/ veggies

Tuesday

B- Egg wrap
S- Shakeology w/ peanut butter and ½ banana
L-Cheese Quesadilla w/ fresh tomato salsa
S- Greek yogurt / granola and fruit
D- Steak salad

Wednesday

B- Shakeology w/ strawberries
S- Hummus and veggies
L- Pizza & cheesecake
S- Greek yogurt w/ granola
D- Steak, veggies, sweat potato fries

Thursday

B- Shakeology w/ peanut butter ½ banana
S- Oatmeal w/ fruit

D- Salmon and asparagus

Friday
