This is Sarah’s Story:

Sarah has been married to her husband, Bob, for 12 years and they have 4 beautiful kids (ages 12, 9, 9, and 3).

Her life is busy and taking care of kids! She fell into the motherhood trap of taking care of everyone except for myself. In 2007, The turning point was in 2007, when she got asked if she was pregnant (she wasn’t),,,with twins…again!

The light switch came on and she vowed to make a change. She began her weight loss journey weighing 220 lbs. and have successfully lost 80 lbs over the course of two years and have kept it off for give or take 7 years!

She made small changes daily. She said, “These small changes have snowballed and created a life I never would have thought I could accomplish! Not only has these small changes (water intake, food intake and activity level) but I have developed a personal life confidence that comes along with it! This Journey has been amazing and has opened so many doors for my family, my friends, my social world and my fitness.”
