How Sara got Back in Shape After Having a Baby

A New Baby!

Sara recently had her second baby. She was excited to get back to her health and fitness goals and get back in shape again. This time she knew exactly what to do! She started doing the same 30 min. workouts, following a simple meal plan, and she joined our support groups. She lost 9.7 lbs., and she looks awesome!
