It’s time for the WEEKEND CHALLENGE! Every week we post a new challenge for the week!
This week’s challenge is to see how many pushups you can do. Try to do as many as you can on your TOES! This may be hard for you, but that’s why it’s called a challenge!
– Keep your back straight.
– Don’t stick your head up. Make sure it is in good alignment.
– Don’t stick your butt up. Keep your body in a straight line.
– Go down as far as you can.
