The WEEKEND CHALLENGE
This week’s challenge is to write down all of the things that you want to accomplish with your health and fitness.
Do you want to lose weight, get toned, have more energy, run a race, feel good in a swimsuit, etc. Write down what you want to accomplish and then write it down using action words like, “I am” at the beginning. For example, “I am fit and healthy or I feel great in my swimsuit.”

Our Minds are so Powerful
Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how powerful our minds are. Whatever you think in your mind will happen. If you think you CAN do something you really can. If you think you CAN’T do something you won’t. That’s so powerful.
The Magic of Thinking Big
I’ve been reading a book called, “The Magic of Thinking Big,” by David J. Schwartz, P.H.D. this past month. Every month our team reads a new book together, and this month we’re reading this one. I love it!
Today I read this quote in it- “When you believe something is impossible, your mind goes to work to prove you why. But when you believe, really believe, something can be done, your mind goes to work for you and helps you find the ways to do it.” – David J. Schwartz, P.H.D.
Wow! Isn’t that powerful?
It’s so easy to believe we can’t do something. Then we don’t do it. Whether it’s lose weight, get in shape, get a better job, have a better marriage, get a nicer house, etc.
Turn it Around
Instead of thinking it won’t happen because… Think of why it WILL happen.
