My “before” Pictures After Baby #3

Ok, I’ve NEVER posted a full body picture of myself right after having a baby! I usually hide behind the camera for at least 2 months after, and even then I still feel blah and not cute… Here goes nothing! I’ve got to practice what I preach since I’m a health and fitness coach so I’m going to be sharing my journey as I slowly get back in shape after having a baby.
Here I go! The first picture was me one day before our baby was born (Sept. 20) and then a week after our baby was born (Sept. 28). I’m starting out super slow since I had a c-section, but I’ll be sharing my journey getting back in shape along the way!

So far I’m down 15.5 lbs. in the first week from the birth. I want to lose at least 30 more lbs. to get back to where I was before. I am going to start out by focusing on my nutrition, rest and water. I will be adding light walking soon, but I can’t start working out for 5 more weeks.
I’m grateful to be able to get pregnant and have our own babies, but c-sections are definitely not my first choice. The recovery is tough.
