Doesn’t she look amazing?

Every week we highlight a success story from the people we are coaching! This week we’d like to highlight Ny. She has lost 40 pounds since she started using Beachbody workouts. She looks great!

Now she is paying it forward as coach. She is an Emerald Coach on our team. Visit her Facebook page to learn more about her and hear her tips. www.facebook.com/FitVPack

This is her story.

Busy Mother Makes Exercise a Priority

I’m Ny, a 35 year old wife, mom of two and business owner. After having my 2nd baby I was 40 lbs heavier than I am now. I didn’t do too much to lose the weight. I thought dieting / eating less would do it. It helped some but then came right back. I needed something more. So I decided to do P90X.

Getting Fit Again

I was fit and healthy before and after having my son. Eventually I never felt I had the time to workout because of needing to take care of everything and everyone else. I was really struggling with juggling it all and working out always got pushed to the side. So one day I said, I’m gonna do that p90x thing cause it looks tough and I need a challenge.

My goal was and is to have a healthier lifestyle for my family and myself. I want my children to not think twice about eating clean and exercising just like they wouldn’t think twice about brushing their teeth every day. It’s just part of their daily routine and not something they will try to do for a while.
