What Keeps me Motivated to Exercise

People ask me all the time, “What keeps you motivated to exercise?”

These are my three main reasons:

1- I want to have energy for my kids!

2- I want to feel confident and be the best me so I can take care of everyone else!

3- I am motivated by sharing my story online everyday.
