Mother of 11 Kids, Regains her Energy & Confidence Back!

We are very excited to Congratulate Cindee Roberts from Delta, Utah. She is our Leader and Fit Coach of the week. You are doing awesome Cindee! Congratulations!

Cindee is a mother of 11 children, grandma of almost 13, and creating a happy loving family with her sweetheart, Hugh Roberts. She loves learning, teaching, enjoys life and look for the good in others. Here is her story:

Getting to know me!
I have been pondering on my journey to become forever fit that started 3 years ago after my original hip repair surgery. I was overweight, defeated, and felt like a hopeless cause. I had tried to figure out how to exercise and eat right by myself, but nothing lasted. I even gave myself excuses for my condition by saying that ‘grandmas are supposed to be squishy’. I huffed and puffed every time I walked across my house to go from room to room. (My house isn‘t that big either!) I was discouraged and felt like I had to ‘settle’.

Then I went to a business retreat where I met 2 gals (Shannon & Trisha) who were so healthy and fit. They were doing mini fitness challenges with some of the people at the retreat; jumping on the tramp; doing side planks; and all sorts of things that I thought I would never be able to do. Here I was, not even able to go up stairs, thinking to myself what it would be like to be healthy and able to do the things I wanted to do. I felt sorry for myself and to be totally honest, jealous.

As part of the training, we had to do a role-play activity where my future coach, Trisha, asked me about my reasons for wanting to be healthy and fit. I told her that I was a lost cause and there was no hope for me. She told me that she could and would help me succeed in my goals, but I needed the right tools to get it done right. I decided to trust her and invest in myself one last time. I am so grateful that I did!

With Trisha’s help, the right workout program, Shakeology, and an eating plan that I could do with my family, I started my journey to become forever fit. Now 2+ years later, 45 lbs lighter, recovering from another hip surgery, I know that I will be able to heal faster and get back to doing the things I want and can do because I took the time and money to invest in myself, and trusted my coach.

Thank you so much Trisha for believing in me and helping me reach my dreams! There is no going back for me! I have found something that REALLY works and has given me and others REAL results. I have become forever fit and I intend to stay there!!!
