Mom of 5 Loses 20 Lbs. With P90X3 and 21 Day Fix

I’m so excited to share this transformation story with you! Audrey is a busy mom of five kids. She was frustrated with her weight, and decided to make a change. This is her story in her own words.

Mom of 5 Loses 20 Lbs. with P90X3 and 21 Day Fix

Audrey I knew I needed a change when I had gained all my baby weight back after losing it all (after baby #5.) The real breaking point for me was finding myself laying in bed at night eating my kids Halloween candy. I knew I needed a change! Motivated by a close friend, we decided to do p90x3, and make a change.

It was a rough transition at first; I was out of shape and had a serious sugar addiction! The workouts were hard to get through for the first few weeks, but slowly began to get easier.

About 2 months into p90x3, my friend suggested we try the new 21 day fix.
3 weeks with the 21 day fix and following the healthy eating plan, I had lost 12 lbs and was feeling better than I had been in years. We decided to do 2 more rounds. I continued to lose inches and pounds, and soon, the healthy eating habits established with the 21 day fix had become a comfortable lifestyle.

It’s currently been 4 months, and I’ve lost a total of 20 lbs. I continue to do my Beachbody workouts everyday, but now have the endurance to run 3-5 miles daily, as well. I’m so thankful for this Beachbody transformation!!
