Sunday
B:  Chocolate Shakeology w/ a banana and frozen strawberries
S:  cottage cheese parfait- 3/4 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
L:  Crock Pot Chili from Turbo Fire Meal Planner
S:  Hard boiled eggs
D: Dinner with friends

Monday
B:  Steel cut oats- in the crock pot from All Recipes- http://allrecipes.com/recipe/slow-cooker-oats/
S:  Chocolate Shakeology w/ milk, a banana and ice

S:  Hard boiled eggs & veggies
D:  Whole wheat penne primavera pasta with veggies and chicken

Tuesday
B:  Chocolate Shakeology w/ milk and Peppermint
S:  Rice cakes w/ bananas and almond butter
L:  Turkey wrap (whole wheat tortilla, turkey, a little mozzarella cheese, spinach and 1/4 avocado). Microwave for 30 seconds.
S:  Hummus & veggies

Wednesday
