How I Lost 70 lbs. the Healthy Way and Kept it Off

When I lost 70 lbs. after our second baby was born, I got a lot of questions about HOW I did it! Yes, that 70 lbs. included my baby weight from the pregnancy, but it was still 70 lbs.
