Lemon Green Beans

My favorite green bean recipe! This is from the 3 Day Cleanse I’m doing from Beachbody.

Green Beans

What you need:

6 oz of green beans
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. extra Virgin olive oil
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Finely grated lemon peel
Himalayan salt to taste

What to do:

Boil green beans in water on high
Cook & cover for 3-4 min
Remove & drain

Combine green beans, oil, lemon juice, and lemon peel, mix well & sprinkle with salt.
