Be Kind to Yourself

I’m surprised at how many people are mean to themselves! Especially women.

Women are way too hard on themselves! I know what it’s like. I’ve been there too. We wake up in the morning, look at ourselves in the mirror, and tell ourselves what is wrong with us that day. The more we do this, the worse we feel, and it’s NOT good! So STOP doing it and watch this video to learn how you can be a little kinder to yourself.
