Healthy Snickerdoodle Recipe


1/2C nonfat Greek yogurt
1C stevia or truvia
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/4 C whole wheat flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon topping
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp cinnamon or more if like more cinnamon taste


Beat yogurt, sugar, soda and cream of tartar..beat well them add egg and vanilla
When smooth start adding the flour…chill dough 1 hour so cam easily roll into balls
Preheat oven to 375
Combine the sugar and cinnamon and make your balls and roll in the cinnamon mix
Put on the cookie sheet and bake 10-12 min
