Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies


1 C nonfat plain Greek yogurt (replaces butter or oil)
1C truvia or stevia sugar
1C light brown sugar packed
½ C egg whites
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
2 TBS milk (I used almond milk)
1 1/2C whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3-4 C 100% whole grain oats add till get thick for cookies
1 Bag dark chocolate baking chips


In large bowl mix yogurt, eggs, sugars, vanilla, milk, and baking powder and mix with hand mixer till creamy. All in the flour and mix then add in the chocolate chips mix then add in oats 1 Cup at time till gets to desired thickness. Bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees.
