It’s Recipe Wednesday! Every Wednesday we post a new, healthy recipe that we’ve tried! This week we are using a recipe from Beachbody’s Brazil Butt Lift Meal Planner. We just started using this meal planner this week. It’s PACKED with awesome food choices! They’ve been great so far!
GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH BROCCOLI AND QUINOA
From Beachbody’s Brazil Butt Lift Meal Planner
What you need:
-Boneless pounded chicken breast (1 per person)
-A dash of salt
-A dash of pepper
-Dried parsley to taste
What to do:
-Season each chicken breast with a dash of salt & pepper. Then sprinkle parsley to taste. Coat a preheated grill pan coated with cooking spray and grill chicken through on both sides. We used a George Foreman Grill. It worked great!
Serve with 1 cup of steamed broccoli per person, 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa and 1/4 cup of salsa (optional).
