Last week someone asked me how she could stay motivated to do her workouts. She wanted to start working out, but needed some ideas to help her stay motivated. I gave her some tips, and I thought you might like them too! So here are 10 tips to help you keep your fitness motivation going!
10 Tips to Help You Stay Motivated
#1- Schedule your exercise, and make it a priority each day
#2- Set alarms on your phone to help you eat every 2-3 hours
#3- Tell someone your goals to keep you accountable
#4- Take pictures of your progress to see how far you’ve come
#5- Reward yourself with clothes, a bath, pedicure, etc.
#6- Find a workout buddy to keep you going
#7- Write a check for $100 and give it to someone. They get to cash it if you DON’T reach your goal, and you get it back if you DO reach your goal
#8- Put a picture on the fridge of you at your best to keep you motivated
#9- Put smaller size clothes out where you can see them
#10- Post in our Facebook groups to keep you accountable
