It’s so easy to get in the rut of day to day life! Just enduring the day, and not actually enjoying it! I don’t know about you, but that is how I was feeling. I was surviving, not really thriving.
I didn’t know what was wrong. I have so much to be grateful for. I have a wonderful family, healthy body, beautiful kids, etc. I was taking care of myself by exercising and eating healthy, but I wasn’t feeling like my energetic self.
So I thought about it, and realized I needed more FUN in my life! I also needed more pampering to take care of me so I felt better. So I did some things that have helped so much! I made a video yesterday with an update.
