Egg, Turkey and Tomato Sandwich

This is so good! I wasn’t sure about it when I heard the ingredients, but it is really good! This is from Beachbody’s Turbo Fire Inferno Plan. It’s the 5-Day Slim down plan you can do before you start the full program. It’s a great way to slim down fast if you are trying to get ready for an event.

Egg, Turkey & Tomato Sandwich

(makes 1)
Ingredients:

1 slice low-fat turkey bacon
2 slices of whole wheat toast
1 egg, scrambled
1/2 tomato, sliced

Directions:

Place turkey bacon in a skillet with a spritz of nonstick cooking spray. Cook to desired crispness. Crack egg and scramble. Place bacon and egg and tomato slices between toasted bread.

Calories:  145 / Protein:  3 g / Carbs:  16 g Total Fat:  9 g / Fiber 2 g
