Clean Your Fridge & Pantry
This week’s challenge is to clean your fridge and pantry! I don’t know about you, but when I don’t clean my fridge and pantry, it piles up and I don’t eat as healthy during the following week!
When I do clean my fridge and pantry, life is much better.
So this weekend, take time to clean your fridge and pantry. Once it’s clean, take time to plan your meals and go grocery shopping! Then you’ll be prepared to eat healthy all week!
