Shelby’s Story

In her own words

Since having my fourth baby I have had a difficult time losing the extra weight. After more than a year, I had finally lost 20 of the at least 40 lbs that I needed to lose, but then I started gaining it back. I kept gaining and losing the same 5-10 lbs and needed something to get me back on track.
I found Shannon and asked to join her challenge group. It was just what I needed! I enjoyed my shakeology, loved the workouts (I mostly used 21 Day Fix and some P90X), and felt great while I was doing it. The group was supportive and fun to be a part of. I happy with my results and am excited to keep going!

Shelby’s results were awesome! She followed the program, and got the results she wanted. She lost 8.2 lbs., 5.5″ off her waist, 4 inches off her hips and about 1″ off each thigh.
