STOP for a minute. Did you make your bed today? This may sound like a silly question, but it’s important.

Make Your Bed

I remember when I used to make myself so busy everyday that I was rushing from one thing to the next. I was so busy that I didn’t even take time to do small things like make my bed. I still do this once in a while, but I have to stop myself.
I realized that we have a CHOICE. We have a choice of how to spend our time during the day and how busy we want ourselves to be.
I used to answer every phone call, message, text, etc. right away. I let my day RULE me instead of me taking control of my day. It was so stressful living like that, and I wasn’t getting anywhere!
If this is you, STOP. Cut out things in your life that are making you too busy. If the things you are doing everyday aren’t helping you reach your long-term goals in life, then stop doing them!
My life is so much different than it was even 6 months ago. I’m definitely not perfect, but I’m making progress.
My decisions are more in line with my key priorities in life (God, family, my business, etc.). By focusing on my key priorities, it’s helping me have stronger relationships with the ones I love, and our business is growing faster than it ever has. This is helping me have more freedom of time and a lot less stress.
