It’s Recipe Wednesday! Every Wednesday we post a healthy recipe for you to try! This one comes from the Beachbody Meal Planner on Team Beachbody’s website. I’ve used strawberries and peaches. You can use any kind of fruit that is in season.
What you need:
- 1 Whole wheat tortilla
- 1 peach
- Ricotta Cheese
What to do:
- Lay the tortilla flat
- Slice the peach
- Place peach slices on the tortilla
- Add 3-4 small spoonfuls of Ricotta cheese
- Crush the walnuts
- Add 1 Tbsp. of walnuts to the top
- Wrap it up
- Put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds
