Beachbody Coaching and Date Night

Patrick and I went on a date for Patrick’s birthday last night. It was fun to go out and spend time together. We went out to eat and talked for about three hours. It was great to be able to talk! It’s hard to find time to talk with two little kids sometimes!


You might be asking why I am talking about our date in this post. Beachbody Coaching and date night don’t have much in common, but last night I was able to wear a dress that made me feel fit and healthy.

I was grateful for Beachbody and for being a Beachbody Coach. I would not have been as motivated to be healthy and fit if it weren’t for Beachbody’s workouts and having the opportunity to motive others along the way!


Since we started doing Beachbody workouts at the end of last September, I’ve lost about 45 pounds, and Patrick has lost 13! I’ve lost over 60 pounds since I had my baby last August! We are feeling great!
