Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

It’s Recipe Wednesday! Every Wednesday we post a new, healthy recipe! This week’s recipe is from Beachbody’s Turbo Fire Meal Planner.

Beachbody’s workouts all come with a meal planner. It’s awesome to give you some healthy food ideas. I don’t know about you, but I think eating healthy is the hardest part about getting in shape! It’s great having some good ideas of what to eat! I loved this recipe since I’m a big oatmeal fan!


What you need:

2 packets plain oatmeal
1/2 cup finely chopped Granny Smith Apple
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Hot Water

What to do:

Combine ingredients and cook in microwave according to directions and oatmeal package.
