9 Weeks of Working out Post Baby

Despite the splurges over the holidays, I am starting to see some progress! The first picture of me is one week after our baby was born, and the picture on the right is me yesterday.

Our baby is just over 3 months old now, and I’ve been working out for 9 weeks. I’m feeling awesome! Much better than I felt after our other two babies. I know my progress would have gone faster if I ate better and got more sleep, but I’m happy with my results so far!
