25 Pounds and 25 Inches Gone!

Angie’s Results

It’s Success Sunday! Each Sunday we post a success story or a success we’ve had! This week we’d like to highlight one of the participants in our challenge groups!  She’s been working out for 120 days, 6 days a week, eating healthier and drinking Shakeology daily.

Angie has done an amazing job! She’s lost 25 pounds and 25″ off her body! Wow! We’re so excited for her! She’s amazing! She’s done Hip Hop Abs, Rockin Body, Slim in 6, a little Insanity and Brazil Butt Lift!

We also need to tell you a few more things about her to tell her how amazing she is! She has FIVE children (ages 10 months to 9 years old). She home schools her older children. She has moved TWICE during her weight loss journey over the past 120 days!

The most amazing part is that she struggles daily with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. When I first talked to Angie she told me it was difficult for her to grip onto things because she was in so much pain. She started with Hip Hop Abs because she didn’t need to hold weights or resistance bands. She was able to do the whole program and hasn’t stopped doing the workouts since!

Angie was one of my roommates in college, and has been my best friend ever since. I’ve watched her struggle for years with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. It has been hard for me to watch her go through so much pain throughout the years. It has been so neat to see her be able to get healthy and fit and not be in so much pain!

She’s incredible! She is now one of the coaches on our team and is helping others get healthy and fit!
