Who is the 21 Day Fix Trainer?
The 21 Day Fix trainer is Autumn Calabrese! She’s a new Beachbody trainer. She’s a celebrity trainer and bikini competitor who knows exactly what it takes to look good in a short amount of time. Her passion is for wellness. She has studied dance for 14 years. Autumn holds two personal training certificates from the leading certification programs in the country, The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and The American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA). She is the founder of Mighty Mommies Fitness, dedicated to teaching women how to take care of their body and feel sexy and strong in the midst of pregnancy and raising their families.

One of the best parts about the 21 Day Fix is that it teaches you how much to eat. No counting calories!! Awesome! It comes with little containers so you know exactly how much to eat each day. You can go through the program multiple times to get even better results.
Most people struggle with portion sizes. They want to eat healthy, but they don’t know how much to eat. Sometimes they may be eating healthy, but they are eating too much healthy food. It can get confusing! I love the simplicity of this plan.
